Robertson brings more than 20 years of marketing experience to Blue Shield, most recently as vice president of Product, Clubs, Brand and Marketing Communications at Delta Airlines. In that role, he led a global team responsible for onboard and airport product initiatives, clubs and customer experience, as well as all marketing and brand-related efforts.
Previously, Robertson held leadership positions at McKinsey & Company and American Airlines. He also serves on the board of directors of Grady Hospital Foundation in Atlanta.
